
We charge a Flat Rate $8.95 fee for Shipping no matter how many items you order.
Orders totaling $89 or more recieve free USPS Priority Shipping to the USA!
All Express (2nd Day) orders are charged $19.99 plus $2.50 for each item ordered.
Canada orders are charged a minimium $22 for orders totaling $50 or less and then a small percent is add for orders over $50.

Orders to Canada are shipped using UPS for tracking purposes.
We process orders 7 days a week but, orders are only shipped Monday thru Friday.
So keep in mind that while processing is always ongoing that shipping is not.
Which means orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not ship till Monday.
Shipping Boxes
All packages are shipped in plain brown or USPS priority boxes
with no identifying marks on the outside as to what could possible be in the box.

At Discrete Sensations customer care is our number one concern! There are a 1000 other companies that can sell you a Sex Toy none offering a return policy the compares to ours, only we offer the age old art of Customer Service.
We also feel that even though a picture is worth a thousand words that sometimes you need more then a thousands words to really know what an item truly is. SOOooo ...

If you decide that it is not really what you wanted we will make every effort to find you what you were hoping to receive. We prefer to replace your item, but if that is not possible we will consider a refund.
We guarantee all items for 30 days to be free of manufacture defects, we will replace the defective item at no cost to you. You must contact us first before returning an item! This is to ensure that you ship the item to the correct address, it also ensures that we handle your concerns quickly and that you don't slip through the cracks.
There are many items that we carry that have manufacture warranties that are up to a year. To ensure that you are handled with the quality care you deserve we will handle your return, this will ensure that you also get the discretion that you expect.
Please keep in mind that all items in this industry can no longer be sold again once they leave our warehouses due to the nature of their use and that buying multiple items and returning the ones you don't care for will not be acceptable. Our intentions are to offer great customer service, and resolve any dissatisfaction with purchases. Please direct your concerns to orders@discrete-sensations.net. Our hours of responding to email are the greatest of all our ways of communication. You are welcome to try 800-495-5271 also, but bear in mind it is only staffed Monday - Friday from 9am to 4:30pm EST.
At any time we reserve the right to resort to the Return Policy as outlined below should we feel that it is deemed necessary on a case by case basis ... but for all intensive purposes the Return Policy is obsolete as it directly conflicts with our Customer Service Policy.
Old Return Policy
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Should your item be defective, you should contact us at ddoinc@discrete-sensations.net so we can resolve the problem. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to: DDO Inc.
Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period (note: Certain items carry manufacture warranties that extend the 30 day rule to as long as 1 year such as the We-Vibe, under such situations packaging requirements are not enforced over the 30 day time frame).

If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may not be refunded at all or may incur a 25% restocking fee.
Without prior approval DDO Inc does not reimburse for return shipping costs. Those shipping costs should not exceed the cost you paid for shipping. If you need a replacement immediately, call us, do not ship next day air and expect reimbursement for that.
If you feel the item was not as advertised, please go back to the page where the item is listed and make sure that you are correct. Then please email us with the webpage address and let us know what the page said and what you found to be different. We will refund you if the necessary information is missing, and we appreciate help to improve our site.
If a product has clear and correct size measurements, then we will NOT allow a return because of size. If the size is not listed on the page, we will accept a return if you provide us with detailed accurate measurements that we can add to the site.
In your return package please include:
- The packing slip
- A note telling us what the problem was.
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
- If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
